“Platinium” is a new built building located in the Greek quarter – one of the most famous and preferred areas in the center of Varna. It is located between Shishkova garden and Black Sea Hotel on a quiet street, less than 100 meters from the Sea Garden and the sea coast of Varna.

Description of the Area

"Gracka mahala" or the Greek quarter is the oldest part of modern Varna. The area borders the Sea Garden and the coast, the Festival and Congress Centre and „Knyaz Boris I" Boulevard.

In the quarter were found the remains of many Roman and Greek buildings of the Antiquity and the most famous are the baths known as Roman Thermae. They are the largest ancient structure excavated in Bulgaria. In the quarter there were located and the first diplomatic missions not only in the city but across the whole country.

Greek quarter has been designated as one of the most aristocratic quarters in Varna.
